Threatening Anthropology: McCarthyism and the FBI's Surveillance of Activist Anthropologists

A vital reminder of the importance of academic freedom, "Threatening Anthropology offers a meticulously detailed account of how U.S. Cold War surveillance damaged the field of anthropology. David H.
